A successful student of Sydney University, Bob Warren was selected and trained by one of Australia’s most prestigious firms, Allen Allen and Hemsley before commencing his long and successful career as the founder, senior partner and senior director for 40 years of a large and successful law firm. Bob then practised for a time as a senior consultant specialising in estate law, estate litigation and administration of estates. In 2016, he commenced practice as the principal of the long established and highly respected law firm of O’Brien Connors & Kennett, bringing with him extensive experience in commercial litigation, estate law and litigation and a highly experienced negotiator in dispute resolution.

Bob has been a leading solicitor in prosecuting and defending numerous cases and claims including those in estate litigation, commercial litigation and the ground-breaking and successful case of Whitaker v Federal Commissioner of Taxation 98 ATC 4285.

Bob heads a team of talented and dedicated lawyers who specialise in various areas, including Estate Law and Litigation, Property Law, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning.

A keen boatie, bush walker and devotee of classical music and physics. Bob can be found on many weekends on his boat with wife Anne and faithful companion and sometimes seasick Pebbles.
