BOB WARREN

Principal Solicitor/ Director

In 2009, after an outstanding career as the sole founder, senior partner and director for 40 years of a large and successful law firm, Mr. Warren practised for a time as senior consultant exclusively in the areas of estate law, estate litigation and administration of estates. In 2016 he commenced practice as the head of the established and respected law firm of O’Brien Connors & Kennett, bringing with him his extensive experience in commercial litigation, estate law and litigation specialist and negotiator for agreements and dispute resolution.

He has been a leading solicitor in prosecuting and defending numerous cases and claims including those in estate litigation, commercial litigation and the ground- breaking case of Whitaker v Federal Commissioner of Taxation 98 ATC 4285.

Bob heads a team of talented and dedicated lawyers who specialise in various areas including Estate Law and Litigation, Property and Business Law, Commercial Litigation and Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning.

A lover of the Northern Beaches pristine waterways, Bob may also be found each weekend on his boat on the magnificent waters of Pittwater with Anne and Pebbles.

PETER KENNETT

Peter was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 1977. After having practiced for two years, Peter joined O’Brien Connors & Kennett in 1979. Having grown up in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Peter considers himself a native of what is often referred to as God’s Country. On weekends, you might find him paddling his ski, or out in his beloved boat, enjoying the best of what this amazing part of the world has to offer…

Peter became a partner at O’Brien Connors & Kennett in 1981. He continues to provide expert advice as special counsel in a broad spectrum of legal areas including the following:

Nicole Davis

Lawyer

Nicole gained her qualifications in New Zealand before moving across the ditch to sunny Australia in 2004. Her passion for people and property has led down a unique career path and she has worked in both legal and real estate industries in Queensland and New South Wales along with practising as an independent licensed conveyancer in Byron Bay before relocating to the beautiful Northern Beaches to join the team at O’Brien Connors and Kennett Lawyers.

Nicole embraces all property related matters and her breadth of experience in real estate and conveyancing matters is coupled with her dedication to ensure her clients are fully informed and confident through every step of the purchase or sale process.

Nicole enjoys exploring the many beaches and nature reserves that the Northern Beaches have to offer in between perusing the real estate sections of the local papers.

Percy pang

Lawyer

Percy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales and was on the dean’s list in succession law. After completing his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law, Percy was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2022.

Prior to joining O’Brien Connors and Kennett Lawyers, Percy worked as a paralegal in various law firms and has assisted with obtaining successful outcomes at the Supreme Court.

Percy has experience in various areas of law, including:

  • Commercial litigation;
  • Wills, powers of attorneys and enduring guardianship;
  • Debt recovery;
  • Employment law;
  • Family law; and
  • Immigration law.
      Percy also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

Anne has specialised in probate and estate matters working as Bob’s assistant for over 25 years. Anne is simply the most organised and efficient legal support expert you could hope to find. Anne just loves the magnificent waterways of Pittwater and can also be found out on the boat each weekend.
